Job Responsibilities:
Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound/outbound telephone calls.
Inhouse Sales Representative
- Fluent in Hindi and Bangla.
- Freshers and experienced both can apply.
- Should be able to work with a Team.
- Generate leads and sales.
- Maintains quality service by following organisation standards
- Good convincing skill.
- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influencing customers to retain or buy product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
- Regular checks and follow ups to the customers, sending bulk Smss.
- Keeping track of all the called up customers.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Reporting to the immediate supervisor or the team lead with the work status.
Qualification : 12th Pass and above
In-house Sales' Representative Skills:
Persuasion, Telephone Sales, flexibility, Customer Focus, Data Entry Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Closing Skills, Telephone Skills, Organization, Product Knowledge, Bulk Sms, Back office operations, Report to supervisor, Team player, Target oriented, Self driven, Handle the pressure, Good communication skills (Bangla, Hindi, English)
Location/s : Central Kolkata, South Kolkata, North Kolkata, Rajarhat, Chinar Park, Newtown, Barrackpore, Barasat (Candidates can choose their preferred location as per their choice)
Salary : Best in the market
Time: 1200-1600 hours
