Job Description

Triage Operations:

Knowledge on incident management, request management (using tools like ServiceNow) and access provisioning to different applications like EDW, CDW (Cloud), Tableau, Amalga
Change Release management to TEST and PROD environments using CAB requests
SQL Jobs monitoring
Cognos jobs scheduling and monitoring
Handling Adhoc SQL data requests; need knowledge on SQL

Requirements:

The position requires a Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering
5-6 years of experience
Ready to work in shifts to cover 24X5 oncall weekends
Strong communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes
