JOB DESCRIPTION

Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop business.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies.
Supervises, trains, and manages the performance of sales & marketing team ensuring proper sales & marketing protocols are being followed. Coaches sales associate to assist with closing sales
Budget-management skills and proficiency.
Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
