Job Description
Contracts Management,
- Managing the project start-up contracts (including Material Reconciliation, RA Bills / Payment Status, Quality Status, Progress status, etc.) / agreements, due diligence, formulation and negotiations of contracts in co-ordination with internal and external legal / commercial teams
- Coordinating with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparing tender / contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation/ deviation proposals, claims, etc.
Business Development & Quantity Surveying of Residential / Commercial Building Works, Project Management, Estimation & Costing analysis
- Preparing / certifying the bills and/or schedules of quantities for materials, labour and services required in the construction and equipment of building or engineering works
- Monitoring various site activities / work proceeds and suggesting project manager on remedies for reducing risks involved
