Job Description
A 100% EOU based out of Pune having multiple manufacturing locational across Globe, Leaders in mass market personal care, perfumes and body spray is looking for a Export Sales Coordinator.
1.To generate leads by sending introductory emails to potential customers
2. To respond to customer inquiries
3. To send order acceptance to customers
4. To prepare and provide ODS for various orders to production and accounts department
5. To coordinate with production for timely delivery of material as per customer requirement
6. To coordinate with logistics coordinator for timely dispatch of material.
7. To send despatch details and required documents to customers.
8. To follow up for payments with customers SALES
9. To maintain back office work like filing, Samples, Catalogue.
10. To maintain monthly order booking sheet.
11. To assist Head of Sales to Prepare and submit MIS to the Management
12. To place PO on companies sister companies for sales Dept. related product Purchase.
13. Export & Import documentation.
14. Having knowledge of commercial aspects related to export - Inco terms, HS codes, LC etc.
15. Send quotations, draft documents, final documents,complaint handling documentation, claim forms etc.
