Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Team Manager: Tele-Counseling Channel
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Handling enquiries, telephonic/ online & convert them to enrollments.
2. Responsible for career counseling for prospective learners and their parents.
3. Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided.
4. Counsel students regarding educational course and program selection and admission
requirement.
5. Managing and leading the team of tele callers.
6. Resolve student queries relating to the course.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Prior experience of at least 2-5 years in counseling and tele counseling and admission of
students.
2. Sales experience from education industry only. Preferred Courses other than film makingAnimation, Modelling, Photography, Fashion Designing.
3. Should have the experience of managing the team.
4. Confident personality and good communication.
5. Preferably females.
Working days- 6 days (Roster Off)
Location will be Delhi (JanakPuri)
