Inviting role applications for Assistant Vice President - Senior Solution ArchitectThe Sr. Solution Architect is a key member of our implementation team. A leader with deep system implementation experience, you will be the main point of contact between the client and Barkawi s consulting team. You will be involved in driving requirements gathering sessions, developing a solid design and working with their teammates to execute a smooth implementation. The solution architects process typically involves recommending the most appropriate technology for the client based on the architect s expertise.
Responsibilities- Provide the connection between our clients strategic business leaders and Barkawi s technical team by clearly communicating business functional issues
- Conduct business processes and requirements analysis
- Advise clients on key architectural decisions concerning the Rapid-Response platform and supporting technologies
- Evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change
- Produce technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion
- Develop client-ready materials related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans
- Assist in the scoping of prospective engagements, developing proposals, planning, logistics, and the execution of project management processes
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant degree; or equivalent work experience
- Experience developing, supporting or implementing Rapid-Response required.
- Experience with functional knowledge in supply chain, demand or supply planning, S&OP, after sales service operations, or transportation management
- Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations
- Experience integrating to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle
- Experience in systems integration and ETL tools, data mapping, and systems integration a plus
- Exceptional drive, good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment
- An ability to prioritize and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus
- Good work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire to learn
