Job Description

BM will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 8 -10 Development Manager in Agency Channel.
Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.
Candidates with training experience in Insurance will do

Required Candidate profile

Graduation is must
4 to 6 yrs experience in Insurance sales OR training exp
Team handling experience at least 2yrs
