THE ROLE
In this role, the successful candidate will need to:
- Analyze customer s processes, landscape and plan innovation/transformation journey.
- Generate end to end business analysis documentation, ensuring on time high-quality delivery.
- To Design solution approach and architecture, building delivery proposals, process documentations documentation and enhance the knowledge management
- Be a champion of next-gen digital operating models. Be a change agent, helping the business operationalize all intelligent artefacts related to hyper automation using SAP Business Technology Platform
- Drive Capability building exercise with mentorship, coaching options.
- Designing and maintaining Go-To-Market content. Design and develop delivery accelerators
- Prepare RFP responses for our clients with solution design and delivery plans
- Analyze and project ROI for hyper automation solutions based on customer s landscape and requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of new dimensional SAP products, Technologies and Methodologies (S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP DI, IRPA, CAI, AI Business Services etc.)
- Provide technical product expertise, consulting support to SAP customer
- Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in addition to growing and developing reference able customers.
ROLE REQUIREMENT
- Must have experience in Intelligent Automation Skills and Hyper automation.
- Must have experience on Product Architecture, implementation and infrastructure requirements relevant for hyper automation scenarios.
- Must have experience in working closely with customer and SAP team to prepare Process Definition Document (PDD) & Solution Design Document (SDD).
- Must have experience in variety of RPA tools (SAP iRPA experience is a plus).
- Must have experience in determining RPA best practices and suggests how to improve current quality processes, standards and practices mostly around coding, design, quality and performance.
- Must be strong in a wide variety of technology problems and their solutions and use that to drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance in the team.
- Technical coding knowledge in Shell Scripts, SQL, JavaScript and any one of programming language JAVA, Python, R etc.
Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
- Bachelors or master s degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree.
- Must be open to travel on short notice.( Long term or short term )
- AWS/Azure/Google Cloud : Solution or Architect certifications
Technical Skills
- Good working knowledge of various RPA tools, Conversational Bots, AI/ML fundamentals and consumption/ deployment of various AI/ML services
- Experience in working with SAP Applications viz. S/4HANA , SAP Fiori, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP CPI, SAP NetWeaver etc.(Combinations of these )
- Working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux, OS/400, etc.)
- Technical skills in SQL, Database (SQL) knowledge, database management, business intelligence, enterprise performance management, data mining.
Work Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in relevant/ related areas
- Minimum 3+ years of Hyper Automation Experience
- Hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation Skills and Hyper automation.
