Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken business development executive to join our sales team. The BDE will be responsive for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. He should be able to close sales and meet targets.
To be successful as BDE you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should be very competitive and a good listener.
Role : Business Development Officer
Reporting To : Sales Head
Qualification: Post Graduates/MBA, Graduates(BCOM/BBA/BTECH)
Experience : 0 to 2 years
Location : Bangalore
Language : English , Hindi (Verbal Communication is mandatory)
Key Responsibility
- 70% inside sales and 30% outdoor meetings
- Counseling working professionals as per their requirement
- Calling on leads (mostly working executives in various industries and Student ) and database (B2C, B2B)
- Communicating with clients for pre and post sales
- Meet clients and pitch on product / services as per clients needs
- Achieving enrolment targets (End to End Sales).
