Job Description

Position- Recruiter (IT & Non-IT) (Freelancer) (Full Time and Part Time)

It is NOT a fixed pay job initially but can be converted in future depending upon the performance of the candidate.

Location- Faridabad

Exp. - 1+ year of experience in recruitment

Earning potential - 30 - 40 k depending upon the performance
Roles and Responsibilities:-

Providing potential candidates for the shared opening as soon as possible.
Coordination with candidate from starting to end.
Maintaining tracker of the profiles and finalized candidates shared with you.
you must give reference of at least 3 candidates against 1 job opening.
