JOB SUMMARY:- Candidates with minimum 6 months to one year experience in Home loan Industry, Loans, Banking, Builder & LAP is desirable. . Good communication and carry right attitude for business. Lead Generation from Open Market. Building Professional Network. Form Filling and Document Collection from customers. Ensure timely disbursement of funds. Participate in Marketing, Branding and Sales Promotion activities
Job Description:- -
-Managing Sales of Home Loan Product -Sourcing business through open market through different channels.
--Fulfilling the leads. Implement & develop sales activities to achieve target.
-Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
-Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of home loan programs.
-Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
-Meet clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan.
-Ensure the achievement of given business target.
-Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
Eligibility / Qualification:-
#) Age between 21 - 40 years.
#) Graduation & Any Master degree (12th Pass with relevant experience can also apply)
#) Candidates with minimum 6 months to three year experience in Home loan Industry, mortgage loan sales ,LAP, Loans is desirable.
#) Candidate must have his/her own Aadhar card, PAN card
#) Must know the English, Hindi & Local language
Salary & benefits:-
CTC- As per experience and company standard
