Job Description

- Recruit Advisors (Agents) and generate business through them

- Direct and indirect marketing to increase Business turnover

- Act as Team Leader to the Advisors and ensure their targets are achieved.

- Responsible for assigning & finalizing targets, monitor & review periodically

- Ensure that the Direct sales activities are carried out and completed on a daily basis

- Generate leads from visits and calls made.
