Job Description

Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Prepare timely, accurate monthly, quarterly and annual internal/external financial and other meaningful ad hoc reports along with supporting documentation.
- - Communication with bank, vendors, auditors and suppliers regarding payments and ledger confirmation
  - - Helping in statutory return filing i.e. TDS/GST returns filing
    - Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
    - Maintaining a database of contact infomation.
    - le tax return, calculate interest on outstanding amount.
  - Accounting for Journal Entries
    o Ensure appropriate supporting for JV and other entries.
    o Prepare monthly GL/Bank Reconciliations
    o Assist on any adhoc requests during monthly and annual closures.
