We are hiring immediate experienced candidates for VBA Macros and Advanced Excel profile for Navi Mumbai location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Management / Technical Support:

• Co-ordination with onshore (US) customers via. conference call & emails
• Respond to technical queries and troubleshoot issues
• Follow due diligence with respect to SLA and related metrics
• Communication with internal & external stakeholders
• Ensure internal process metrics reporting

Essential Skillset:

• Excellent communication skills verbal, written, etc.
• Ability to co-ordinate independently with onshore clients via. conference calls and e-mails
• Ability to perform duties of a Project lead; ability to handle multiple queries
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Should have prior experience on XML / EDI protocols like cXML, xCBL, CBL, OAG, EDI
• ERP platforms exposure Ariba, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SciQuest, etc

Work Experience:

• 4 - 6 years of industry experience (Technical profile, and / or team management)
• Experience in communicating with US customers through conference calls
• Technical & B2B knowledge is essential
• Prior experience on XML / EDI protocols like cXML, xCBL, CBL, OAG, EDI is mandatory
