Job Description

1. Well versed with handling seller flex account.

2. Well versed with uploading products on B2C e-commerce platforms like flipkart, amazon, e-bay, snapdeal, etc.

3. Well versed with promotional schemes of such platforms.
4. Product listing & Inventory update
5. Order management - order processing, order fulfilment, order cancellation, order return, delivery tracking.
6. Customer query, feedback & disputes handling.
7. Stock replenishment planning & implementation
