Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Role and Responsibilities:
- Regional IT operation support for web application deployments (i.e. campaigns, business systems).
- Provide first-line technical support to APAC stakeholders (digital marketers, agencies).
- Handle service requests from stakeholders and troubleshoot any application hosting issues.
- Conduct regional training & provide guidelines on hosting processes & policies (compliance and security policies).
- Manage application deployments & settings on web servers, setup databases and troubleshooting any issues with agencies.
- Conduct load testing with agencies for critical websites.
- Provide technical consultancy and support on new project developments, corporate website and integration with back-end system / external 3rd party systems or interfaces.
- Conduct preliminary checks, load tests & monitor application performance.
- Requirement:
- At least a bachelor holder in relevant field of studies.
- Candidate should have 2-4 years of working knowledge/experience in web technologies (.NET / PHP / Java, MSSQL) and web deployment.
- Good understanding & hands-on experience on cloud hosting platforms, especially Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with application & DB setup and deployment on web hosting services types like PaaS and IaaS.
- Experience in DevOps will be preferred.
- Experience in application load testing will be preferred.
- Have good understanding on web security vulnerabilities e.g. XSS, clickjacking, SQL injections.
- Experience in IT operation support for digital marketing activities will be a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills is required to be able to liaise & co-work with various teams.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills. Must speak English fluently.
- Responsible, organized and independent.'
