Sr. IT Executive - Office365/Windows/LAN @ Broadway Infotech

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Minimum 4 to 6 years of hands on experience on Office365, MS Outlook configuration/troubleshooting , MS office products, Windows OS environments, Microsoft Exchange Server & Active Directory.

Administrating Switches, Routers wireless controllers, wireless access points, load balancers, WAN optimizer and Firewall

Good knowledge on VPN, VLAN, MPLS and IP networking, working knowledge on Complex LAN / WAN environment

Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Windows OS, MS - Outlook and Outlook Express, Printer and Scanner
Installation , configuration , Up gradation and troubleshooting of Anti Virus Software.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software

Troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis of issues Network Switches, Router, Firewall

Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches and hardware

Performance Tuning and Capacity monitoring of all Switches, Routers, Firewalls

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
