Responsible for recruitment of Premier Distributors within the given branch/city limits as per the goalsheet and get these PDs licensed/coded
Continuous and effective engagement as per the channel framework with Premier Distributors - Supporting the PDs in generation of business and servicing
Stay updated on all company initiatives, products and technology interface
Training to the PDs on various products/initiatives
Maintaining high business quality - Renewal collection and 13th month persistency
Generation of MDRT/COT/TOT equivalent
Corporate worksite and existing customer visits and ensure service on behalf of the company and upsell to these customers
Tracking of industry and initiatives/models launched by competition from time to time
Key Performance Indicators:
WRP (New business)
Premier Distributor recruitment & activation
13th month persistency
Generation of MDRT/COT/TOT equivalent
Internal:
Sourcing Branch Managers, Senior Agency managers, Business Partners, Senior Business Development Managers
At least 3 successful goal sheet completion in recent past
Must have worked in the same market where he is getting recruited for immediate last 5 years
External:
