The role is with a global quality assurance and risk management company at Kharadi, Pune

6 days working

CTC: 5.5 LPA

WFH until June/July


Candidate MUST BE FROM Hospitality background or Airline Very confident and smart

Min 5 to 6 years - want someone mature who can work independently..

Will prepare budgets for office expenses etc and handle vendors / AMC independently

More like an Office Admin manager

Will sit at Receptionist + manage admin role

Good comm skills + Good at excel for reporting etc.

Smart and independent

Manage expat when they visit arrangements for them

Must be presentable


Note that the candidate can be from hospitality background too.


The candidate should have pleasing personality with good communication skills.

Self-motivated, independent, and highly professional.

Job responsibilities include

  • Time Keeping
  • Managing Front Office & Guest Relations
  • Facility Management Should have relevant experience in handling office facilities
  • General Administration & Vendor Management
  • Courier Management
  • Manage house keepers
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and should be able to communicate fluently in English.
