You will be responsible for running functional testing for new changes going live over client website and responsible for key aspects around the projects allocated to you; at a broader level it includes Process execution and improvement | Client engagement | Quality Audits.
Process execution and improvement related responsibilities ensure adherence to SOW / contractual agreements with clients, monitor process metrics and take corrective and preventive measures, come up with innovative ways to maintain / increase quality and enhance productivity.
Client engagement responsibilities Gauge clients said and unsaid but obvious needs, maintain continuous communication, come up with ideas and implement them.
Quality Audits Perform daily Functional testing for new changes happening on website and create daily/weekly reports for client & stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop functional test plan/cases that are in line with the business requirement
- Take ownership of all deliverables and achieve defined timeliness
- Identify, log and track defects. Assist developers in troubleshooting defects
- Experienced in Agile Scrum life cycle / environment and supporting applications JIRA | PODIO | Test management tools
- Communicate testing progress and results in timely and accurate manner
- Proficiency in Reporting, Analysis, and Data Presentation
- Knowledge around Adobe Target (HTML | CSS) & Adobe Analytics would be good to have
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to understand the client's requirements
- Ready to work in rotational shift
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Audits / Testing
- Exposure to e-Commerce business (as a partner / client / vendor)
- Exposure to working on medium sized data set
- Intermediate reporting and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Immediate joiners
