Desired Candidate Profile
The purpose of this role is to identify, evaluate and document Automation Opportunities for internal and external customers. The RPA Consultant is expected to possess domain and technical skills to suggest suitable processes for automation and perform the role of an anchor from identification to automation roll out
Responsibilities -
- Lead the Business process analysis and initial opportunity assessment for Robotic Process Automation
- Perform Pre-assessment to identify automation potential. Bring in perspectives of technologies such as Analytics, Lean, RPA, AI and Machine Learning
- Coordinate with Business stakeholders to assess the feasibility of automation of a process
- Record process steps, prepare AS is documentation and get it approved by business stakeholders
- Identify automation opportunities and prepare To be documentation. Explain the To be process to business stakeholders and get sign offs
- Work closely with Technical team to identify technical challenges in automation and propose solutions
- Create Key stroke level documentation / Process design document
- Estimate Automation % and project Capacity creation
- Provide functional inputs for Solution Design
- Coordinate with technical team to provide PDD walkthroughs
- Preparation of Test cases, Test scenarios
- Business Exception documentation with solution in Robotized process
- Participate in Testing process and pre-production runs
- Prepare user manuals, training documentation and handover documentation
- Minimum 4+ Years of experience in Business analysis
- Prior experience in RPA Solution Designing, Consulting Experience or IT domain consulting experience
- At least one full lifecycle implementation experience of Digital tools/platforms
- Proven track record of driving transformation in client environment
- Ability to work independently and on a team with colleagues across the globe
- Demonstrable client/stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven with the ability to manage workload without direct supervision
- Certification in Any RPA technology such as AA, Blue Prism or UI path
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
