Job description:

Must Have:

- Design documents and implementation plans for changes to the global Office 0365
- Project plans, project status reports, project and operational dashboards, documented risk and issue assessments
- Change requests, operational change assessments, major incident reports, problem root cause analysis reports
- Service operations within the operational KPIs of the end user SLA
- Third level support for 0365
- Working instructions and training material for customer service desk, first and second level support teams
- Operational requirements for 0365

Good to Have

Experience with solution design and service management for complex office IT solutions
