Dear Candidate,

We have excellent job opening for Technical Support Engineer L1 (Linux & Windows Support) for Mumbai location with one of MNC client.

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (L1) (Linux & Windows Support)

Experience : 2 - 4 Years

Location: Mumbai

Notice Period: Immediate only or 15 days only (30 days not consider)

Educational : Graduation is mandatory.

Mandatory Requirement

1. Good Communication.

2. Ready to work in 24*7 support. (including Night shift)

Job Description

Should have hands on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of Linux & Windows Operating systems.
Should understanding on MS Patching & Back up management and recovery also
Should able to do Normal Application level installation and troubleshooting.
Basic Understanding of Networking.
Good communication skill
