Experience in Test Management
Experience in managing testing services with close customer and stakeholder collaboration
Experience in working in international environment with stakeholders distributed globally
Understands different testing phases, levels and types
A testing certification such as ISTQB
Experience in multiple Test Management tools
Agile expertise
Experience in working in and managing teams who are following Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban or SAFE)
Excellent communication skills
Must be fluent in English
Training, mentoring and coaching experience
Right attitude and spirit
Must be able to work independently with all types of persons in a multivendor and multicultural environment
Willing to go the distance when needed
Has perseverance and can handle setbacks and stressful situations.
