Below is the IT Support job description:
Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
Knowledge in BPO / Call Center / Corporate Organization & Understand escalation process
Tech savvy with working knowledge of:
o Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
o Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
o Technical understanding of application functionality, hardware, IP Phone, Network Infra
o Any technical certification like, ITIL, MCP IT etc. preferable
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Troubleshooting technical issues through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
Should have good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Any Graduate / Under-Graduate with technical background
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
