Job Description

Design, develop, and implement Oracle database instances for the non-production
and production environments on both on-prem and cloud.
Must possess excellent knowledge and experience in performance tuning
techniquesand recommendations
Test, validate and implement performance and resource optimization improvements
in consultation with application development teams
Backup and recovery (RMAN and traditional) including AWS and Azure backups.
Should have experience in creating physical/logical standby database and
performing switch-over and fail-over
Linux experience is required, preferably RHEL/CentOS.
Scripting capabilities in UNIX shell and Oracle PL/SQL
Should have a strong understanding of Oracle best practices and apply as required
inday-to-day work.
Should have a strong understanding of how oracle works in Azure, AWS, and
OracleCloud.
Should have a strong understanding on generating Health check reports,security
audit reports, and its recommendations.
