Accounting & Bookkeeping - Manage & maintain company accounts (using Tally, QuickBooks etc) for all entities. Maintain bank accounts for all entities, assist in Client Profitability Project.
Finalization & submission Filing returns including TDS, GST returns, and Income tax returns etc
Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance on all regulatory requirements and timely and accurate submission of necessary documents. Assist in audit and scrutiny
Cash flow and budgeting - Prepare periodic budgets, ensure compliance and manage organizations cash flow.
Payroll Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and other benefits to employees
Vendor Management Manage vendor relations. Ensure delivery and payments are made on time
Client Invoicing - Raise invoices and follow-up for payments from clients (US & non US)
Support - Provide support to Operations group & HR, through information analyses and streamlining process. Provide support & guidance to IT team to maintain 100% uptime on all IT and other critical infrastructure and ensure compliance on software licenses

v Graduate/post graduate in commerce/business/accounting/Finance.
