Experience: 3 to 4/5 years

Requirements:

Good in requirement gathering
Can Create and Manage Product Backlog for project or module.
Should be confident about Communicating with Client
Can Create User Stories for Product Backlog items.
Can Create required Business Models, Process Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes, Business Rules, verbiages and any other documentation for Product Backlog items.
Should be able to work with UI/UX/Graphics team to create User Interface Mockups for approvals.
Can work with designers, developers and testers on estimates of Product Backlog Items.
Can work with Project Manager on Release Planning.
Conduct Sprint meetings.
Should be able to communicate with Clients to resolve Sprint impediments.
Review UAT and production issues.
Should be able to manage change requests
Partner closely with Solutions Delivery, IT, Internal Groups and vendor teams to ensure that business needs are being met with systems solutions
Develop business cases and as-is/to-be business process documentation
Review and provide sign off on business requirements documentation and functional specifications
Assist with quarterly Business Process Regression Testing (BPRT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including scenario and test case generation, end-user testing logistics, testing execution and business sign-off.
