Infosys BPM is hiring for freshers across PAN India locations in Accounting / F&A roles.

Title: Accounting / F&A - Fresher's

Role Designation: Process Executive -F&A

Location: Bangalore/ PAN India

Education : Commerce Background

Experience: Fresher's

Shift: Rotational shifts

Job Description ::

Graduate in Commerce Background
Prefer graduate with a minimum 15 years of education with good accounting knowledge
Excellent in communication skills with employees, peers and superiors
Excellent understanding of process metrics in Accounts
Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals
Judgment on escalations and problem handling
Target orientation
Proper balance of task orientation
Customer orientation

Education and other requirement

Commerce Background
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
24X7 operations
Flexible with Weekly Offs
