Job Description

We are seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our IT support team. In this role, you will work on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our business. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

IT support engineer | Network Engineer - L1.

• Having knowledge in handling ticket tool, MS Office Packages and desktop related issues.
• Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
• Having experience in Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Antivirus and Backup.
• Having basic knowledge in switches, Routers & Firewalls.
• Having basic knowledge on VOIP technology.
• Having basic knowledge on Network monitoring tools like Solarwinds, IP Monitor and etc.
• Analyse records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
• Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business.
• Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts.
• Good communication skill and Certifications are preferred.
