JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Looking for Sr. Executive having 1-3 years in stock broker companies or wealth management companies.
- Should have knowledge on Stocks markets, FNO (Future and Option), merging trading, Intraday. Basic understanding of mutual funds, stock market and Groww platform.
- Strong English and Hindi communication Skills. Must be able to clearly communicate the message to customers and handle the call professionally.
- Candidates should handle stocks related Queries on Calls, Chat and Email. Should be flexible working with all the processes.
- Exposure to tools like Freshdesk, Fresh sales, MS Office is a plus.
NOTE:
MBA graduates preferred or bachelor's degree in any finance related field.
NISM Certification will be an added advantage.
Looking for candidates who can join Immediately.
Candidates Flexible with shifts (rotational) - 6 days working, one day rotational - If required. Candidates located in Bangalore are preferable.
