Role and Responsibility :

To encounter incidents whenever occurs.
To work upon enhancements in ms CRM d365 as per user requirements.
To work on customizations and configuration requests put forward by users.
To add new users' profiles in the CRM system.

To assist lesser experienced team members in their day-to-day tasks.
