Job summary

Setting up customer accounts and provide relevant information to them.Follow the procedure, guidelines provided and implement it while troubleshooting queries.

To handle the Customer Queries Via Call.

To Provide the Information related to Product and services to the customer.

*Answer inquiries from the general public and route calls to appropriate staff

*Update appointment calendars, schedule meetings and appointments for staff
