We are hiring for Transition - F&A/HRO/Insurance/SCM for Chennai & Mumbai Location.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

7+ years of total experience with minimum 1+ years of Project Management/ Solutioning experience

Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in any stream Working experience of transition function in BPO industry

PMP, PRINCE2 certification (preferred)

Strong communication & presentation skills (verbal and written)

Responsible for leading towers within transitions like Knowledge transfer, hiring, technology and workplace enablement,

PMO anywhere from across the India footprint as per project requirement

Ensure the Transition methodology is well understood and adhered to Responsible in ensuring that the assigned tasks/deliverables are met as per defined timelines Execute processes with end to end accountability Establish Robust Project plan, clearly specifying various tollgates, tasks, planned/actual start and closure date, responsibility and completion status
