Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- Program Manager
In this role, you will be responsible to develop a solution for identified use cases using scripting languages (python) and various tools to consistently drive the implementation towards the end state. Specialization in coding and scripting with Automation.
Responsibilities
- Leading multiple project teams and manage a team of project managers, technical leads, scrum masters.
- Monitoring progress with project managers and front-end with customers in case of delivery issues and escalations.
- Managing program budget, track and report financial health of all projects
- Work with project team to mine new opportunities in existing project base, create value-added offerings for customers
- Participate in new proposals (RFx) as solution architect, especially in application production support and transformation area
- Drive initiatives such as training, research and development, new offerings, as well as building new practices within the COE
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E/ MCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Must have at least 8+ years of experience in project and delivery management in application managed services space, and 15+ years of overall experience in IT industry
- Must have in-depth knowledge of ITSM tools and methodologies
- Hands on experience in running governance, managing budget, handling customer escalations
- Hands on experience in analysing client requirements and building proposals in the capacity of lead solution architect
- PMP certified professionals preferred
