Purpose:
Responsible for supporting Kashflow clients that are having technical problems with its suite of applications. With excellent customer service skills, you will always provide a professional standard level of support to all customers and internal teams.
Description:
is responsible for supporting and assisting both client and internal teams with technical queries on the Taxation process.
is able to ensure the customer requirements are met or, where possible, exceeded
is able to manage customer expectations and communicate well at all levels
is able to communicate effectively with customers in calls.
maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
is able to document in detail both problem and resolution.
Required Skills:
Excellent written and UK / US accent skills.
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
Hands on experience in international voice support is mandate.
Candidates should be willing to work in UK Shift and B.com (Accounts) graduation is essential.
