Job Description

Extracting Quantities from Drawings by using AutoCAD & Excel.
Proper management of materials and workmanship.
Detailed study of Architect and Structure drawings.
Site supervision/execution, Checking and assuring the construction work is as per the project technical specification and drawings. Monitoring daily progress of site works.
Discuss technical problems drawings and execution difficulties with the Senior Engineer /Project Engineer.
Coordinate with the sub-contractors.
Checking Reinforcement with respect to structural drawings.
Calculating the Quantities as per the RPO.
Working with Bidding, Estimation & Tendering Departing.
Take off Quantities from Drawings by using AutoCAD and Excel.
Preparation rate analysis for variation orders.
Preparation of final theoretical quantities verses actual quantities as per tender drawing & as built drawings.
