Job Description
Were looking for a highly skilled IT Recruiter on Contract for 6 months duration (can be extended based on the performance). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth and helping individuals find promising careers, we want to hear from you.
To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process.
- Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects & hired employees and other candidate details.
Desired Experience:
- Any Graduate with MBA in HR with 3 5 years experience in IT hiring.
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
