Job Description :

Onboard and manage outsourced team.

Build guidelines and training for PSUP responses and escalations.

Define paths for PSUP resolved without engineering work (education, workarounds, UX).

Jira/PSUP maintenance.

Update auto triage; make updates to SLAs, labels, status, as necessary.

Measure and reduce the number of manual PSUP touches.

Refine Jira and Snowsight dashboards as needed.

Support the work related to charter initiatives focused on strengthening feedback loops and product quality.

Develop/Maintain the programs for the specified technology to meet the specifications within planned duration.

Analyze requirements during the requirements analysis phase of projects.

Will be responsible for maintaining the SLAs, following the KPIs, and overall team reporting.
