Job Description

Analyze user needs and software requirements to defines quality attributes and goals of the software product
Design, plan, execute, monitor, improve testing process for the organization
Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation;
Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
Assists in planning and estimation of Quality Assurance support for new programs and projects. Conducts audits and reviews.
Plans and executes QA Automation work to reduce manual testing efforts
