Desired Competencies: Microservice Architecture, Java 8+, Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, Spring boot , Spring Data Cloud, AWS , MySQL, Hibernate, JPA, Redis,Even-Driven programming,MongoDB.OAuth2,JWT
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Sr. Java Lead/ Product Manager / Architect to define the deliverable.
Mentor and motivate the team to achieve deadlines.
Should understand whats required to solve a problem in a variety of dimensions
Write code for complex modules. Work with Architect to define the product architecture.
Define the coding guidelines and ensure that the team stick to it.
Perform code reviews based on agreed guidelines.
Should possess hands on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
Should have good knowledge of Object Oriented and Cloud native computing design patterns.
Should have working knowledge on CI/CD
Should have working knowledge of JIRA,Confluence,Source Control like GitLab.
Prepare and produce releases of software components.
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Desired Candidate profile:
A graduate/masters in engineering preferably in Computer Science or IT with consistent academic grades all across.
Should possess exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.
Should have experience working in product or large-scale IT company and have good programming experience in Java 8+, Springboot, Redis, Kafka, Consul, Spring Data cloud, MySQL, Hibernate, JPA,MongoDB,Unit test using Junit ,Mokito.
Proficient in agile/scrum or iterative way of development methodology Ability to manage to cross functional teams (BA, tech writer, Architect, Developer, UI/UX and QA).
Good to have knowledge in integration projects.
Performance tuning experience.
Participates in Sprint Planning, Story Grooming .
Performs Code review.
Possess good communication skill.
7+ years of experience working in product based/development company.
