Job Description

What will you contribute
Role will be in India and reporting to the Director of Servicedesk operations
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsible for oversight on supply chain process and End user device lifecycle from delivery to decommission
Responsible for weekly/monthly reporting on key KPIs such as fleet age, inventory levels, outstanding PCs from Leavers and break/fix.
Responsible for ongoing continual service improvement of the end user process engaging key stakeholders to improve end user engagement in Service Now and NetSuite
Ensuring Capex and Opex budgets are managed according to plan.
Involved in processes involving laptops, desktops, mobile devices and printers
Required Experience:
University Degree required
3-5 years experience in inventory management and related fields
good working knowledge of ServiceNow
