Job Description
Responsibilities:Attend meetings and assist with the determination of project requirements
Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources & plans & monitor all activities
Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations
Track the progress and quality of work being performed by partner team in field.
Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and Cisco project team
Review reports from partners throughout the lifecycle of the project
Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, for developing this attitude in others
Manages customer facing large SP projects.
Manage ongoing optimization service to deployed customer network.
Identifying risks and deploying risk avoidance strategies and mitigation actions as appropriate.
Manages the exceptions, issues, conflicts, and problems on a day-to-day basis.
Skills and Qualifications:
PMP qualified preferred.
In depth knowledge of SP IP network rollout.
Experience of aggressive Telco rollout multiple sites.
Senior Stakeholder Management experience
Proficient at creating MS Project schedules
Able to work under pressure.
Customer facing, very tough customer, a customer who is very much into detail and very demanding
Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
