Job Description

We at Capgemini Engineering are hiring for VOIP professionals with extensive experience in troubleshooting Tier 3 issues in Avaya Product Environment and working with global customers. Required Skillset:

Minimum 8+yrs of working experience in Avaya complex configuration teams.
AVAYA Aura Core Session Manager/endpoints/Communication Manager, Avaya Gateways G700/G450, S83xx, 84xx, 85xx, 87xx, 88xx, one-X products,
Avaya Aura Messaging, AVP, Avaya Control Manager, WFO, ACR, CMS, AADS, Presence Services, Utility Server, Avaya Experience Portal, IX Messaging, AES
Willingness to work in 24*7 working environment
Excellent communications skills.

Technical Skills:

TCP/IP, Session Initiation Protocol, H.323, CHG Management,
Complex Configuration, System Level Changes,
Integration, SLA, Tools-SNOW, Seibel
