Manage coordination with the vendors for getting the Advanced Shipment Notices for the timely scheduling of the Carriers for the receiving of merchandise in the DC.
Responsible for driving and achieving targets for key distribution KPIs such as breaches, cost reduction , inventory and dispatch accuracy and productivity.
maintaining stock correctly, ensuring despatches on time, handling team of workers in the warehouse will all be part of the KRA.
Develop and implement policies necessary for improving the profitability and efficiency of a leasing department.
Guide the activities and operations of a leasing team to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
Resource Plan - Prepares the resource requirement plan in terms of manpower, MHE requirements and other resource requirements.
