Job Description

Seeking profiles for Mechanical resource,

Location Ranchi

Experience -4 years and above

Responsible for managing the technical aspects of the plant, including troubleshooting,

Work to improve the mechanical health of printing machines.
Maintain the Rewinding machine, forklift, Air Compressor etc. (End to End Mechanical )
Ability to work irrespective of time .
Work to arrest oil leakages & air leakages of equipments.
Resolving all kind of mechanical abnormalities reported by the night engineer
Effectively collaborate with and seek input from operators and other staff to develop SOPs.
Co-ordinate with plant engineering team
Control material booking & Material Issuance Process
He oversees the daily maintenance of entire printing press and ensures plant operates efficiently and productively.
Help to design all preventive maintenance programs in coordination with maintenance head and engineering staff.
Resolve all maintenance issues and recommend improvements to same if required.
