Job Description
- Assisting to run over 100 international conferences and forums every year
- Conducting conferences and forums in numerous categories like Pharmaceuticals, Consumer services, Financial Services, Hospitality, Outsourcing & Shared Services, Transport, Packaging, Construction, Telecoms and Technology, Energy etc.
- Arranging conferences and forums globally like in UK, US, Europe, Australia, Asia etc.
- Dealing with various industries like Pharma, Supply Chain & Logistics, Education, Banking & Insurance, Food & Beverages, Mining, Aviation & Railways and more to conduct events
- Coordinating with all the teams worldwide to make the event successful
- Contacting the senior level executives within a variety of business and industry sectors
- Establishing contacts with key decision makers and delivering a compelling and intelligent proposition fully compliant with company requirements, with the intention of providing them a delegate space at International conferences/forums
- Ensuring effective communication throughout the proposition, closing and ensuring International events reaches delegate expectations at all levels
- Ensuring all targets (company and delegate) are regularly met and any problems or issues are identified working towards appropriate resolution
- Responding to delegate inquiries in a prompt and professional manner ensuring realistic expectations are set and delivered upon
- Communicating with all areas of the business in ensuring delegate needs are met and achieved
- Conducting professional and compelling meetings with delegates where appropriate, in order to bring everything in line
- Ensuring the daily tracker system is updated and keeping accordingly
- Achieving personal targets and contribute appropriately to the achievements of team targets
