Title Executive Validator
Role- Validation is a pre-sales process where the validator discusses member requirements and partner preferences. Hence, validator plays an extremely important role as he/she acts as a bridge between member and sales.
Validator is responsible for understanding and capturing members partner preferences in detail, setting right expectations and addressing all concerns/queries basis which member will be serviced profiles for the signed up tenure once Select/VIP membership is activated.
Responsibilities
1. Work on all assigned tickets (Online & Offline) and discuss approx 24 parameters with member in detail.
2. Attend con-calls initiated by sales product advisor.
3. Responsible for facilitating sales by clarifying doubts and queries of member, if any.
4. Maintaining end to end call documentation, queries raised, rebuttals given.
Requirements
1. Minimum HSC Pass.
2. Around 2 years of relevant experience desired.
3. Freshers with natural flair for interaction with customers & good convincing skills will be considered.
4. Strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills.
5. Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided).
Good to have
1. Bachelors Degree.
2. Fluency in Regional language and should also know Tamil/Hindi/English.
3. Desired typing speed above 30 words per minute.
