We are seeking a Java developer with strong computer science background and experience in developing feature rich and complex distributed systems to build our business critical application. You will build a complex, feature rich distributed system on world class cloud technology.What You'll Do
- Build, run & optimize highly available, low latency APIs at scale
- Build, run & optimize systems for high throughput processing of streaming data
- Design, architecture & develop application for reliability, scalability & maintainability
- Passion & capability to drive a product feature from design inception, development, QA testing then to production
- Write and test interactive, clean, secure and efficient solutions
- Solve non-trivial coding and architecture problems with simple and innovative solutions
- Implement the newest innovative technologies tools and frameworks
- B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science or a related field
- A self-starter requiring minimal supervision
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Ability to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
- 5+ years of experience developing complex backend systems in Java
- Experience with high throughput processing of streaming data
- Excellent Object Oriented Design and Development skills
- Should be able to optimize application for maximum throughput, scalability & resiliency
- Should have understanding of building reusable code and libraries for future use
- Understanding of TestNG or any other unit Testing Framework and mocking patterns
- Experience in Git/Github or other version control systems
- Understanding of CI/CD and the deployment process for backend applications
